Diploma Replacement
There is a $15.00 fee per diploma to order replacements.
• Your name will appear as you entered it on your Application for Degree. The name on your diploma cannot be changed after you have graduated.
• The name on your official student record (including diplomas and transcripts) cannot be changed after your degree has been conferred.
• If you earned Latin Honors (Summa Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, or Cum Laude), the designation will be included on your diploma.
• Undergraduate students in the College of Community and Public Affairs and the Thomas J. Watson School of Engineering and Applied Science will have their majors printed on their diplomas.
• Harpur students completing more than one major will only receive one (1) diploma. All majors and minors will appear on the official transcript.
• The diploma measures 11 inches wide by 8.5 inches tall (US letter-size paper, landscape orientation).
