The Academic Achievement Training (AAT) provides international students with critical skills for starting their American college life. This two-and a half-week training,
held August 3 - August. 16, 2023 provides language, culture and study skills necessary for success at Binghamton University.
Arrival/check-in is Wednesday, August 2. The training includes:
- • Extensive workshops covering academic, social, cultural and communicative topics
- • Interesting cultural excursions to local marketplaces and museums with fun tasks to further develop understanding of American culture
- • Opportunities to converse with local students and conversation partners
- • Campus recreational activities
- • Hands-on introduction to campus resources
- • Course registration guidance (Students will be able to register early.)
You will need your Binghamton University
application 9-digit reference number in order to register. Your reference number may be found in your status checker.
